M06027 consists of experienced individuals from all walks of life. But what we have in common is our passion for travel to out-of-the-way places which is reflected in our expert knowledge, excellent organization, and small group size.
Based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, we offer a varied portfolio of trekking, mountaineering, mountain biking, and horse riding tours for groups, families, and couples, as well as variety of scheduled group departures.
New challenges have always thrilled us and made us organize expeditionary voyages for non-conventional activities such as caving, paragliding, bird watching, and logistics support for film and media companies – our particular pride.

Questions and Answers
M6027 will organize one-of-its-kind trekking, cycling, climbing, horse and camel riding tours on short notice to a vast array of destinations in Mongolia.
1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
Since 8 years. 3 friends, passionate tour guides were having beers after another short Mongolian travel season. 2 decided to combine efforts, 1 preferred to stay separate and join the other 2 if time dictates necessary.
2. What is your company's mission?
Accommodate tour requests that others can not and deliver safe and well planned holiday.
3. What does your company specialize in?
Trekking, climbing, mountain biking, horse and camel riding, jeep tours, exploratory tours, organization of large scale logistics for films and sports events.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
Aldra is a former officer of Mongolian Special Task Battalion. Started his tourism career by planning adventure tours for other outfits. Then he spent a few years tour guiding himself.
5. What is your most popular travel package and why?
We have many popular tours but here I will name: the "Gobi Khangai biking tour" and "Beyond the Gobi jeep tour" because although tons of outfits run seemingly identical itineraries ours have been polished to perfection and allow room for on spot modification depending on clients' fitness, weather etc.
6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?
The best feeling was that of "genuinity", I mean that it didn't feel like we were tourists meeting with people fed up with tourists, but instead we felt like we actually could have a look at real Mongolia.

The tour was very well organized, and our companions were all extremely friendly and helpful. The food was of excellent quality - regular 5-star meals "in the middle of nowhere" are not something we had expected! The bikes were well looked after and Zolboo did a very good job in translating and explaining to us the Mongolian culture and way of life. Also both our drivers did an excellent job - we felt safe all of the time whilst in the vans! The route itself was well chosen, the camping sites beautiful. All in all it is a tour and a travel agency we can only recommend.
We wish you and your team all the best for the future and perhaps at some point our ways will cross again...

One suggestion for the future… Given the great service we received we were very happy to pay tips - but it might help future groups to give them a suggested tipping $ range (eg $XX to $YYY) in advance so people take sufficient cash with them. As I say, we were happy to pay the tips, but had we known the ranges in advance we would have been more prepared with cash. Thanks again to you and your team for a great trip.

... view more was very nice and knowledgeable and the Khongoron Els was very impressive. She was able to organize a horse ride for us, as we did not wish to go on the camels. We really liked the Gobi mirage camp - the staff were friendly and very welcoming. We will go back there if we travel to the Gobi in the future. Gobi discovery camp did not seem so friendly or cosy by comparison. Odnoo, the girl who transferred us to the airport was fantastic too, and waited with us when check-in was delayed.
So, thank you for the trip, we will definitely use your services again when we have family to visit in the future. The envelope (km sheet) was passed to the driver who picked us up from UB airport.

The trip was amazing... Mongolia is one beautiful country and the people just add to this!
Chookaa and Umba were brilliant... I can't speak more highly. It was like traveling with two additional friends on the trip. We had such a great laugh with them both, sung, drunk vodka, laughed and just generally learned a lot about the culture and Mongolia from them both!
We even made Chookaa leave one night and made Umba try to explain the next day to us in English once we thought we had the right plan we got her to come back in and check (was very very funny)! When we come back next year on the school trip I would LOVE to have them both come along on the few days we travel to the Ger camp... I miss them both a lot and Mongolia already!
Can you please email me a postal address to send some photos through to Chookaa as she has some names of people we need to try and get them to in the countryside! Thank you so much for organizing the trip and sending great people with us Am looking forward to next year already!

I would like to thank you for the excellent services we had in Mongolia! I think almost everyone of the group wanted to turn around and travel through all of Mongolia again.
Almost everyone of the group said that they would really like to return to Mongolia sometime soon! - We were really spoiled by our support team - Balu who could fix every car problem and knew all the most beautiful camping spots, Uca who's food is just excellent, Tsamba who translated, organized and explained, Rose and Otlana who were always smiling and helping ... please give them all my warmest regards. I really do hope that I'll be able to return to Mongolia (soon and often) and organize many more interesting tours for clients.
