Paul Stone and Karen Varndell have been in the dive industry for a combined 22 years, having worked all over the Pacific and Carribbean, we decided to settle in Vava'u, Kingdom of Tonga and create our own dive shop.

Paul also holds a 1600 tonne Ocean Master Captain's licence as well as being a TDI/SDI Instructor Trainer.
Karen, herself is a RYA Costal Skipper aswell as a TDI/SDI/PADI Instructor.

Our first boat "Tonga Tango" is a custom built 8.5m rib, with diving and comfort in mind, we specialise in smaller groups - maximum of 8 divers, 10 snorkelers.

Our second boat, "DevOcean" is a 10m Island Hopper, large spacious decks and an upper flybridge, make it a great vessel for groups. DevOcean is licenced for 16 but we only take 12 divers/snorkelers out. Spacious camera area, allow all photographers the room they need.

As well as a strong and skillful passion for photography and videography which has given them a great knowledge in diving and the underwater world. We have some digital rental cameras and videos, as well as making our own videos and slideshows for people.

6 years, we built it when we arrived in Vava'u.

To encourage responsible eco-tourism whilst giving tourists the most for the vacation.

Scuba diving, whale tours.

4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?

Paul Stone and Karen Stone who have worked in the marine environment for a combined 30 years, both have studied in ocean and conservation.

5. What is your most popular travel package and why?

Whale tours from July to October, a uniques opportunity to witness close up the majestic South Pacific Humpback Whale.
