New York-based M06082 hosts one-week master classes in gourmet Mexican cooking as well as shorter workshops and showcases in both Mexico and the U.S. through our network of affiliated restaurants. Designed to meet the needs of accomplished amateurs, restaurateurs, professional chefs and others in the culinary world, our programs offer a true immersion in the intricacies and pleasures of the Mexican table, wherever it is set.
M06082 has been designed to teach participants how to sense the full flavor of these "colors," so that they will return to their home kitchens with more than a collection of recipes—though they will receive a handsome souvenir book when they leave—ready to improvise and invent their own Mexican dishes for years to come.
