Young's Activities' instructors are qualified to the national governing body guidelines.
For Kayaking the national governing body is The British Canoe Union and the minimum coaching qualification is Level 1 Coach with most activities run by Level 2 qualified Coaches.
For Climbing the governing body is the British Mountaineering Council and the minimum coaching qualification is Single Pitch Award.
For Hill walking the governing body is the Mountain Leader Training Board and the minimum coaching qualification is the Walking Group Leader with most activities run by Mountain Leader qualified instructors. |
