Small gourmet wine tasting tours to Paris, Loire Valley, Champagne, Dordogne, Bordeaux, St. Emilion, Provence, Northern Italy, Andalusia, Spain and Portugal, Normandy, Brittany, Tuscany and Umbria, Italy. All tours include: deluxe accommodations with lovely private baths, all breakfasts, gourmet dinners, fully escorted, small groups of 8-15 people, all tour guides, all museum and show entrance fees, all tips and taxes.
Our small group escorted luxury tours are unique. You will travel with a small group of six to sixteen to hidden corners and marvelous historic regions of great beauty-our favorite places in Europe. Since the group size is small, we can be flexible and cater to your every need. We dine on gourmet cuisine in elegant, little regional restaurants full of charm. We stay in chateaux, beautiful little inns and small deluxe hotels of character. We unpack for several nights and get to know the local people and hidden neighborhoods well.
When we're not exploring medieval castles, hilltop villages and bastides or prehistoric caves, we may be tasting wine with a viticulteur in his private vineyard, enjoying a gourmet picnic, washing down foie gras with a glass of champagne, relaxing by the pool of our hillside villa, taking a cooking class in the chef's kitchen, or sipping a glass of local wine by a lakeside trattoria. Everyday is full of adventure, history and beauty, friendly people, and unforgettable excursions.

Through our detailed and skillfully crafted itineraries, we hope that our clients will truly discover the history, art and culture of each region. We travel off the beaten track to places that you might not discover on your own, enjoy intimate, fully escorted tours, and excellent service with our personal touch.
3. What does your company specialize in?
We specialize in unique, small-group gourmet tours within Europe.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
Jean Moss began M07510 18 years ago, motivated by her love of travel, history and fine culinary experiences. She is proud of the detailed and carefully planned itineraries that have offered so many clients unique travel experiences over the years. She has an undergraduate degree in French from Colby College and a Masters degree in French from Middlebury College earned at the University of Paris. She has lived in Paris, Normandy and Cuernavaca, Mexico. She used to teach French, and likes to pretend that she still does! She is fluent in French and Spanish. She earned her certificate from the International Tour management Institute in San Francisco and began leading tours in 1995. She is passionate about travel, history, fine wine and great food and is an extraordinary tour guide.
