River Journeys/Trekking: Our river trips are done either by canoe or raft. All rivers are easy or of moderate difficulties and everybody, fit and in good health and willing to live the simple life of a wilderness traveller can participate. Many of the river journeys include one or more day hikes. No previous experience is necessary.
Hiking/Trekking: Hiking along established trails or hiking from a Base Camp are a more leisurely way to discover Alaska's wilderness than backpacking or trekking. For those who love to climb mountains by ski or snowshoes we offer a special ski touring and mountain climbing program. |
