Before:

M07737 staff has extensive knowledge on East African cultures, wildlife and travel tips. Our staff is a resource for all of our clients' questions. Upon reserving a trip, our travelers receive a detailed, customized pre-departure kit. It includes cultural background / information, packing lists, health information, visa instructions, calendar of wildlife, cultural, crop, and other events by season and by region, maps, park information, etc. Travelers also receive a customized per day informational guide that include information on tipping, gifts, transfers and other information. One week prior to departure, Another Land and their travelers have a 'Pre-Trip Bon Voyage' phone consultation. We walk through each day on their itinerary and answer last minute questions.

During:

Our overseas and local guides are trained professionals that are there to help you understand your surroundings and assure your comfort. Their expertise is an asset to all our trips. They have the local knowledge to be flexible to adjust to the needs of the travelers and the local environment. Our expeditions include: meals, accommodation, transportation, park fees, guide fees, cultural session and supplies fees, pre-departure kit and tipping (unless otherwise indicated).Unlike many tour companies, we provide bottled mineral water to our travelers. This is an added convenience and safety measure. All travelers receive a membership to the flying doctors society of East Africa.

After:

Upon our clients’ return, they are called by M07737 staff to welcome them home. They are given tips on how to handle, store or treat items they may have purchased in East Africa. They are also given guidelines on how to detect and cope with reverse culture shock. Lastly, we ask that all travelers complete a brief review of their expedition. Our clients also receive a special thank you gift (surprise) upon their return. We look forward to your expedition!
