My name is Patrick Arrieula. I was born in south-west France in a little village at the foot of the French Pyrénées in the Béarn area near the Spanish and Basque borders.
Since 1996 my wife and I have taken unique walking and gourmet tours through the Pyrénées in Spring and Autumn. We would like to share with you our passion for this beautiful part of France. Our nine day tours are based in the countryside, giving you the chance to enjoy life in rural France without the stress of city living, the rare opportunity to meet the locals, taste the regional produce, admire the beautiful landscapes, and experience the culture.
The walking tours will be suitable for energetic people who like challenging walks, and the gourmet tours will be more for the "bon vivant" without any strenuous activities. Both groups will experience great food, an abundance of breath-taking views, lakes, forests, and beautiful villages filled with curiosities, history and charm. For your greatest comfort we settle in at the one hotel for the nine days ensuring a stress-free stay where no packing and unpacking will be required. |
