		We would give top marks to Dagron. We felt that the arrangements were very good, that there was substantial variety in our experiences, that we were well ... view more cared for, that the guides did a great job, that we saw pretty much what we wanted to see, and that Dagron went out of its way to overcome inevitable problems along the way. For example, they even took us on a special tour Christmas afternoon in lieu of a visit to Kaietur Falls that was canceled because of bad weather. We were very pleased with Dagron's service.

Everything was very organized. Dagron planned a few days in the south of Guyana at a ranch that turned out to be the highlight of the trip. We wished we had a day or two more to be there. We traveled a lot and we were very pleased with this provider.

We are very experienced travellers and ... view more this was the first time that we left it to others to arrange things. I am very very happy with the personalised service that we received. There were, of course, minor problems as should be expected on any prolonged trip within these countries but no time was lost, no extra money spent and everything was sorted for us! (The only part of our trip we cannot recommend is BWIA!). We thoroughly recommend using Dagron Tours and we will use them again. It was truly the trip of a lifetime and an amazing experience.

		Our agent knew our ages and that my husband had just had a kidney removed in November 2003. Some accommodations were excellent and then some were ... view more unsatisfactory. We had to spend extra money to correct these times. The transportation and roads were difficult too. We realized we were not in popular tourist spots. I think the agent had not had many American travelers.
