Our company was founded in 1998 by Lucy Bremner a practicing Physical therapist and Yoga teacher and Alan Scheda a native of Italy with a large knowledge of central Italy, we are an UK based independent vacation company which runs vacations in central Italy.
We offer a unique vacation in a beautiful Hilltop medieval village in the Sabina Mountains, the nature and beauty of the area is outstanding & the village is totally pedestrian (No Car access), the vacation offers A Choice of Yoga classes daily, Holistic treatments, elegant and historical accommodation, free use of bicycles, Sauna, excursions to historic Italian towns, easy access to Rome in 1hr,delicious Italian food, mountain walks & Treks, swimming in mountain water swimming pools & natural wild streams, skiing in winter, Horse riding, Thermal spa & wild hot springs.
