Note: Our suggested itineraries are adjustable as per the request of our guests.It can also be made either by flight or by drive or both. We are members to the Ethiopian and Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce.

1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?

We first established as sole business in 1997 and grown to private limited company in 2000 with substantial capital; the idea was first conceived by Yenealem Getachew and Amsale Anagaw both owner of the company. Yenealem Getachew has studied Geology at the University of Addis Ababa hold his 1st degree and A Diploma with Tour operation from the Tourism Institute and worked to the Government Tour Company as tour Guide and Branch office Manager for 3 solid years later join a private firm that Run both Mining and Travel arrangements to the field crew and expat which initiated him to open his tour company with his wife Amsale Anagaw a Degree holder in Computer Science and who is a senior IATA accredited Ticket agent for long period of years.

- We create an exceptional tourist satisfaction by setting continually higher standard of excellence. - Attracting, developing and retaining best employees to provide higher level service. - Build meaningful relationship with all major partners in the industry both locally and internationally. - Broaden the base among the community creating jobs, creating awareness for tourism. - Our future goal will be to amalgamate and avoid unnecessary competition with other tour operators and build eco lodges and pick our market in EU and other part of the world. - Develop a repeat-business base of loyal customers.

4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?

Founded and owned by Mr. Yenealem Getachew and his wife Mrs. Amsale Anagaw. Mr. Yenealem Getachew graduated in geology and tour operation from university of Addis Ababa, has worked for an international oil exploration company lift air ethiopia office and tan range ethiopia gold exploration and later joined the government tour company as a tour guide and tour operator. Mrs. Amsale Anagaw is a graduate of computer science and gratuated from iata as a ticket agent and has served in different disciplines in the field of her study.

5. What is your most popular travel package and why?

Photo Safari and Trekking. Because, we develop social relationship between the host community and the tourist in many ways. For example encouraging the locals to rent their houses and mules, selling souvenirs and vegetables and fruits, preparing musical activity to clients and many more.

6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?

Dear Mr. Yenealem, back in Austria we still remember our exciting excursion into the Danakil desert. We are very happy that we could visit almost all the outstanding sites in this area and we are very grateful to our crew who gave us excellent service and support. Moreover, beside their services they were really very nice guys and we all had good personal relation with all of them. I would also like to thank you for your kind cooperation in establishing the programme. In this way our trip to Danakil really became an unforgettable "Life-time experience"!
