1. Specializing in locally not developed adventure travel activities – rafting, canoeing, sea kayaking, bicycling and not competing in those already established – like sailing, diving, skiing…
2. Developing a network of branches-outfitters in the most attractive areas for those activities – national and nature parks, best preserved rivers and lakes, islands not spoiled by mass tourism.
3. Focusing on quality service – operating in highest value areas, using best quality equipment and employing highly skilled and motivated guides.
