Your Itinerary Day 1: Arrive at Barcelona Airport and transfer to our hotel in Sort. In the evening the group gathers together for a welcome meeting and an introductory meal in a local restaurant. (D) Day 2: Today you will spend a full day trekking through the awesome scenery of the Aigues Tortes National Park. With mountains that tower to nearly 3000m and the magical Sant Maurici Lake, the scene is set for an unfogettable walk. (B) (L) (D) Day 3: There are several gorges and canyons in the area and today you will explore one that is suitable for everybody in the group. Making our descent fully equipped with wet suits, helmet and harness, canyoning is quite simple. Using ropes, natural rock slides and jumping into deep pools you make your way to the foot of the canyon. A seriously fun way to get wet!! (B) (L) (D) Day 4: Today is spent mountain biking in the foothills of the Pallars Sobira region of the Pyrenees. Passing through lovely forests you will be rewarded with wonderful views across the valleys and mountains. The afternoon is free for relaxation and to enjoy the local facilities. (B) (D) Day 5: The morning will comprise Kayak tuition from some of the most highly qualified instructors in the Pyrenees. In the afternoon you will put your new found skills to the test on the Noguera Pallaresa River. (B) (L) (D) Day 6: Today there will be an opportunity to learn the basics of rock climbing on a local rock-face. All equipment is provided and, as always, our instructors are there for your safety and to make sure you get the most out of this increasingly popular sport. (B) (D) Day 7: White water rafting, a fantastic finale to our multi-activity week. Today you will experience both the tranquility of the calm water and the exhilaration of shooting the rapids of the Noguera Pallaresa, rated amongst the top three rafting rivers in Europe. In the evening we have a farewell meal to discuss the exploits of the last seven days. (B) (L) (D) Day 8: Return transfers to Barcelona or extend your stay in the Pyrenees. (B) Notes: Prices are payable in £'s Sterling and start at £595 in May and June rising to £620 in August.
