Wonderful Seville will be the starting point of this route. From there you will go along the Southern part of what the Romans called la Ruta de la Plata or Silver Route, the Roman road which went across the Western part of Spain. From Seville to the mountainous region of the Sierra de Aracena (home to the so called Jamon de Jabugo - named after the village of Jabugo), you will visit a private ranch and the most prestigious Iberico ham producer's facilities in Spain.
