From southernmost Chile's unspoiled wilderness of gray and white granite and sedimentary towers to its golden grasslands and turquoise glacial lakes, the rugged beauty of the Patagonian back-country is simply spectacular. These dramatic landscapes are the backdrop for an adventure like no other. A local naturalist guide introduces you to his country as you hike amid enormous glaciers, pristine lakes, vast plateaus and ancient forests. This adventure of a lifetime promises to be epic! From a family-run lodge in Puerto Natales to Refugio Pehoe on its namesake turquoise lake beneath the Paine Massif to Refugio Las Torres tucked under the Towers in Torres Del Paine, welcoming accommodations highlight this extraordinary departure
