We invite you to enjoy a selection of the best original recipes of Ferrán Adrià in "La Alquería" Restaurant (two Michelin Stars) prepared by chef Rafael Morales, under the management of the "El Bulli" team. You will begin each day with the "Benazuza Breakfast", quite possibly "…the best breakfast in the world", a festival of flavours, textures and colours. Then comes dessert. After breakfast, you ask? Why yes. The chef becomes your personal professor as you begin your studies of the Philosophy and Innovative "Nueva Cuisine" of Ferrán Adrià and our expert bilingual culinary and cultural guide makes sure you savour every delicious bite with simultaneous translations.

Our gourmet tour continues in the Sherry Region as we explore two historic and beautiful wineries, Barbadillo in Sanlúcar de Barrameda and Domecq in Jerez de la Frontera. During private tours the mystery of sherry wines, brandies and vinegars will unfold before your eyes and you will sample a very special selection along with cured Ibérian ham.

- Lesson 1: Introduction & Presentation of El Bulli Restaurant & El Bulli Hotel Philosophy with Domenico Vene.
- Dinner at the two Michelin star gastronomic restaurant "La Alquería" with a special tasting Menu of Andalusian Cuisine.
- Overnight in Sanlúcar la Mayor. Includes: (D).

Day 2: Sanlúcar la Mayor - Sanlúcar Barrameda - Jerez De La Frontera - Sanlúcar la Mayor. Overview of the day:
- Benazuza Gourmet Breakfast.
- Lesson 2: Traditional Spanish Tapas with Chef Rafael Morales.
- Lunch at the hotel with a Traditional Tapas Menu
- Departure for The Sherry Triangle: Private Tours & Tastings in Barbadillo, Sanlúcar de Barrameda & Domecq, Jerez de la Frontera.
- Lesson 3: "Jamón Ibérico. Sherry Wine, Vinegar & Brandy" with Domenico Vene.
- Return to The Hacienda Benazuza.

Day 3: Sanlúcar la Mayor. Overview of the day:
- Benazuza Gourmet Breakfast.
