Day 1: Arrive in Naples airport. Private transfer to Ravello. Check in at the Hotel Villa Cimbrone. Welcome aperitif with the Tour Coordinator. Tour of Ravello. Welcome dinner.
Day 2: Light breakfast. Cooking class with famous chef Mamma Agata. (Cooking class dedicated to eggplant parmigiana, zucchini’s flowers stuffed with cheese, eggplant rolls,spaghetti of the farmer, pappardelle with peppers and sausage, free-range chicken with lemon, salads and potatoes, lemon’s cake). Lunch on the breathtaking terrace of Mamma Agata’s hidden treasure ( non-cooking participants may join in for the lunch at an additional cost). Tour of Amalfi. Dinner in Amalfi.
Day 3: Cooking class with Mamma Agata. (Fish menu – marinated anchovies, stuffed squid, pasta with fish, fish in the oven, pear and ricotta’s cheese cake). Lunch on the terrace of Mamma Agata’s hidden treasure. Tour of Positano by boat. Shopping. Dinner in Positano by the sea.
Day 4: Cooking class with Mamma Agata. (Pizza in the oven, fried pizza and home pasta). Lunch on the sea view terrace of Mamma Agata. Tour of Paestum. Dinner in Paestum.
Day 5: Day to relax & enjoy yourself. Visit any towns you would like to see (we will be happy to assist you). Capri, Pompei, Herculaneum, Villa Oplontis, Naples and Vesuvio.Dinner at the hotel.
Day 6: Panoramic walking from Ravello to Amalfi. Lunch with Mamma Agata’s picnic. Dinner in a typical Trattoria
Day 7: Visit of cheese factory in Ravello. Time free for your last shopping and packing. Country Evening with wine tasting.
Day 8: Departure.
