There is so much to see in Loreto National Marine Park Islands, that you may spend a month diving every day in 3 different sites, seeing different scenery. Within the confines of the park, we have 44 dive sites, and if we include sites as far as Las Animas, we have over 90 dive sites. The majority of the dive sites are relatively shallow, from the surface to 60 feet (20 meters) ideal for the novice diver. However, for the diver wanting to explore deeper sites, we have some spectacular vertical walls covered with sea fans and ledges, and sea mounts rising from great depths to as shallow as 50 feet.
The majority of the sea life found around Loreto is present throughout the year, however, some species are mostly found during certain months. From our experience, we have seen many of the species during their off season. So, every day we stand a good chance to have a surprise. Throughout the year we have a permanent presence of more than 200 species of tropical fish. The following table will help you understand when is most probable to find specific species
This tour includes diving, snorkeling and kayaking while at base camp away from civilization. Departure from Loreto Baja, California, every week from June to the end of October.
Your Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Loreto international airport transfer to Baja Outpost for group meeting, final organizational logistics, free evening. (L/D).
Day 2: Depart for Las Animas, set up base camp, 4 dives during day. (B/L/D).
Day 3: 2 morning dives, 2 afternoon dives, 1 night dive. (B/L/D).
Day 4: 2 morning dives, 2 afternoon dives. (B/L/D).
Day 5: 2 morning dives, 2 afternoon dives, 1 night dive. (B/L/D).
Day 6: 2 morning dives, 2 afternoon dives, return to Loreto, sleep in Baja Outpost, Gala Dinner. (B/L/D).
Day 7: Visit to Old Mission of san Javier, lunch and airport transfer. (B/L).

All Scuba Diving Packages include the following:
- Loreto Airport Transfers
- Accommodations at our centre;
- Daily breakfast, lunch and soft drinks during excursion
- 2 Tank boat dives per day;
- Scuba Diving at Loreto National Marine Park islands from 8:30AM until 2:30PM (including Tanks & weight belt);
