Day 1: Fly to Lhasa. Arrive Lhasa, transfer to Hotel. Day 2: Guided tour of Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Market. Then a tour of Norbulinka, the summer Palace of Dalai Lama. Day 3: Guided tour of Potala, the winter palace of the Dalai Lama & Drepung, the biggest Monastic University of Tibet. Day 4: Depart via Yamdrok Lake to Gyangtse. Visit Gyangtse Kubum Stupa & Pelkhor Chode Monastery. Day 5: Drive Gyangtse to Shigatse. En route visit Shalu Monastery, Tashilhunpo Monastery and Shigatse Market. Day 6: Drive Shigatse to Shegar. En route visit Sakya Monastery. Day 7: Drive to Zhangmu. En route visit Milerapa Cave. Overnight at the Zhangmu Hotel. Day 8: Walk across friend ship Bridge and drive back to Kathmandu.
