Day 7: Shigatse (3900m). Overnight in the hotel.

Day 8: Gyantse (3950m). Overnight in the hotel.

Day 9: Lhasa (3650m). Overnight in the hotel.

Day 10: In Lhasa – sightseeing tour. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 11: In Lhasa – sightseeing tour. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 12: Fly to Kathmandu or Chengdu.
