Depending on the number of participants, cooking classes take place either in the welcoming and equipped kitchens of Rosina's and Rita's charming homes near the town center (1-4 participants) or in the spacious kitchen of a nearby beautifully restored country cottage with a nice orchard garden and splendid views over the Matajur mountain, the Natisone valleys and the enchanting countryside (5-10 participants).
Day 1: Arrival at your B&B on your own. Check-in and free time to explore the surroundings before enjoying a typical dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 2: Breakfast. Your first cooking class, including 3-4 different recipes followed by lunch of your creations. Then free time to visit prestigious wineries, cheese makers, prosciutto factories and explore the many historical and delightful sites in this scenic corner of north-eastern Italy. We shall be glad to offer assistance in itinerary planning, restaurant and winery reservations and provide you with detailed maps and gourmet dining suggestions.
Day 3: Breakfast. Visit the local market. Cooking class # 2 on 3-4 different recipes followed by lunch of your creations. In the afternoon, free time to explore the region according to your interests.
Day 4: Breakfast. Check-out from the hotel and arrivederci!
