Day before the trip: Arrive in Boise, Idaho. That evening we will meet to distribute waterproof packs for your gear and go over last minute details. Day 1: Drive from Boise to Rome, Oregon. A relaxing float through open field country down to the Rome Cliffs (a very colorful strata). Days 2 - 4: We will float through open and sheer walled canyons, visit remnants of old homestead and Indian petroglyph. There will be hot springs along the way, and the colorful Chalk Hills have great hiking. The rapids are mostly fun Class III’s. Day 5: A beautiful float down to Lake Owyhee and on to Leslie Gulch, our take out spot. Drive back to Boise for the evening. Notes: Price Includes:
