From Lisbon’s city center we will follow the course of the river Tejo to Belém. Here, we will visit two of the finest examples of the exuberant and exotic Manueline style of architecture – only to be found in Portugal. Afterward, a ferry boat will take us to the southern banks of the Tejo River. On flat terrain we will continue our cycling experience towards unspoiled beaches. You can taste fresh fish at a restaurant in the dunes while overlooking the never-ending vastness of the Atlantic Ocean. In the afternoon, there will be plenty of time for relaxation on the white-sanded, endless Caparica beaches, a walk along the waterline and a refreshing swim.
