Ziptrek has recently expanded the Whistler zipline tour area all the way to Whistler Village! With the addition of five new ziplines, for a total of 10 ziplines, there are now 3 different Ziptrek Ecotours to choose from.

The Similarities:

Beautiful old growth forest and scenery above the raging waters of Fitzsimmons Creek
Ziplines high in the treetops between Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains
Viewing platforms and suspension bridges up to 200' in the treetops
Ziplines operated with our patented braking system
Minimum and maximum weight limits are the same for solo ziplining
Tours offered throughout the day
Tours are approximately 2.5-3 hours in duration for the Eagle and Bear Tour and 5 hours for the Mammoth Tour.

Ziptrek Tour #1 - The Bear Tour aka "The Original"

This is the tour seen in all the media coverage throughout most of the world on some of the highest rated travel programs
If this is your first time on ziplines and/or you have any apprehension at all this is the best tour for you
5 ziplines ranging from 200 to 1100' in length
10 people maximum per tour (great for groups)
Tandem tours are available for children over 6 years of age and under 70 lbs/32 kgs
Quick shuttle ride to and from Ziptrek's tour area between Blackcomb & Whistler Mountains
Suspension bridges & observation decks (different bridges & decks than the other tour)

Ziptrek Tour #2 - The Eagle Tour

5 ziplines ranging from 400 to 2000' in length
8 people maximum per tour
Tandem ziplining is not permitted on this tour
Quick one way shuttle ride to Ziptrek's tour area between Blackcomb & Whistler Mountains
Best for people who do not have a great fear of heights and/or have done Tour #1 before and know what ziplines are all about
Suspension bridges & observation decks (different bridges & decks than the other tour)
The longest line on this tour is over 6 football fields and drops more than 20 stories
This tour has more walking and hiking than the original tour and is a bit more physically challenging
Guests zipline right back to Whistler Village

Ziptrek Tour #3 - The Mammoth Tour

10 ziplines ranging from 200 to 2000' in length
Combining the best of both worlds, this tour is a combination of both the Bear and Eagle tour in succession
9-10 people maximum per tour
4.5 - 5 Hours duration
Includes a boxed lunch at our A-Frame Cabin in between each set of 5 lines
Tandem ziplining is not permitted on this tour
Quick one way shuttle ride to Ziptrek's tour area between Blackcomb & Whistler Mountains
Best for people who do not have a great fear of heights and are fit & active or who have an enlarged appetite for adrenaline and exhilaration.
