The aim of this course is to develop the skills already learned on the beginners course or to refresh the skills already gained at the following venue: St-Ives Country Park, Bingley.

These course venue is both more technical and demanding than the beginners course. All participants must provide their own mountain bikes and the necessary safety equipment (helmet, gloves, etc). All courses to run Saturdays/ Sundays. School and family days available.
