We leave in the morning to arrive at the Tempisque River Basin where we catch a boat for a two hour trip into the National Park. The lowlands and marshes create the perfect conditions for the largest concentration of waterfowl and wadding birds in Central America. This is a birdwatchers paradise as well as a perfect spot to see lots of big crocodiles. There are three different types of monkeys hanging from the trees. After the boat trip we have a delicious typical lunch.
