The preparation of Liurian dishes will be held by Sigra Lina and the students can help and taste their dishes. The course involves instruction and preparation of particular Italian dishes especially from the Ligurian region. For example they include 2-3 typical dishes like: pesto, Ligurian vegetable pie (torta di verdura), farinata, sardenaira (local pizza), Ligurian rabbit stew, and traditional sweets. This is accompanied by an introduction to and tastings of the wonderful handmade wines. Who is interested in visiting a wine cellar? The students also can visit and see where their wine is produced. A veritable paradise for wine and good food lovers! Buon appetito!
