Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Departure for Mukteshwar. 8 hrs. Transfer to Mountain Trail, the Eco-Friendly Resort at 2300 Mtrs. asl facing the Himalayas & deep valleys. Evening by the Bonfire. O/N at Mountain Trail.

Day 2: Rise to a glorious Sunrise, practice yoga with the aid of VCD. Visit the beautiful town of Mukteshwar, laid by the British in 1890. View the Indian Vet. Research Inst., the old Dak Bungalow where Jim Corbett stayed during his adventures, the Century old Shiva Temple, the awe-striking Chauthi Jali, a cliff outcrop with a straight drop of 600-700 Mtrs. Take a guided jungle walk or an outing to a Hill stream. O/N at Mountain Trail.

Day 3: Departure for a Day trip to the lakes (Tal) of Bhimtal, Sattal, Naukuchiatal.An exciting outdoor trip, the beauty of the lakes will leave you spell bound.Return to the solace of Mountain Trail.

Day 4: Departure for Almora. Almora founded in 1563 AD, is one of the oldest towns of Kumaon. It is a major Cultural & Education Centre. One can visit the old Bazars and Ancient temples around. O/N Almora.

Day 5: Set out for a day trip to the Binsar Forest Reserve 35 kms. Enjoy nature at its best.The trip takes you through villages and forest roads to one of the higest spots (2400 mtrs.)from where on a clear day you can see the entire Himalayan range. Return to Almora.

Day 6: Deparure for Kausani, another hill resort of Kumaon with a magnificent Himalayan view. Afternoon visit the ancient Baijnath Temple – 13th Century with priceless Statues and Sculptures. Experience the Heritage Architechture. O/N Kausani.

Day 7: Departure for Ranikhet a beautifully laid Cantonment town with a natural golf Course. The Orchard Gardens and a few famous temple around are worth visiting. O/N Ranikhet.

Day 8: Departure for Nainital. A popular Lake Resort having all the modern infrastructure good for buying Momentos from the famous Bazars. One can enjoy optional Boat,Horse,Cable car rides O/N Nainital.

Day 9: Departure for Delhi- Tour Ends.
