1700metres wide and around 100metres high, this is the world's largest sheet of falling water and a memorable sight of any African Safari. All year round flights can be taken in either fixed wing planes, microlight or helicopters. On the ground, the Falls can be seen from the Victoria Falls National Park with its many viewing points or from the Zambian side. All offer fantastic photographic opportunities.
Chobe National Park. The Chobe River flows lazily along the northern boundary of the Chobe National Park attracting some of the largest herds of elephants in Africa. We take you on an open 4WD in search of the lions, which patrol the riverbanks & other animals. Chobe National Park is known for its abundance of elephants with a population of over 40 000, from the newly born to one of the largest elephants on this planet. In the afternoon we take a relaxing river cruise to watch the herds of elephants and other animals as they come to quench their thirst under the golden light of the African sunset on the Chobe river. Tour Itinerary: 07.30am Pick up from hotel/lodge/campsite to the Zimbabwe/Botswana border approx 100kms. 08.30. We swap vehicles at the border for the 4 WD game drive vehicles.
