Tour Itinerary: Day 1: Arrival in Helsinki. Arrival in Helsinki the capital of Finland. We transfer you from Vantaa airport to your hotel in Helsinki. Spend the day by discovering the fashion capital at your own pace. Day 2: Helsinki. Helsinki is a modern European cultural city whose urban cosmopolitan lifestyle exists in perfect harmony with nature. Surrounded by the sea and its own exotic archipelago, Helsinki offers visitors an endless number of possibilities. Throughout its history, Helsinki has existed in the crosscurrents of the East and West. The colorful layers of history can be seen everywhere; a walking tour of the city center or of the magnificent Suomenlinna Maritime Fortress will open your eyes to a fascinating past. Its modern architecture, cutting-edge design and high-technology have attracted international recognition for the city and made it the style city of Scandinavia. We provide you with a guided audio city tour for 1 hour 30 minutes. By evening, you are ready for your overnight train to Rovaniemi. Day 3: Rovaniemi. Arrive Rovaniemi in the morning. Proceed to Santa Claus’ Village in Rovaniemi in Finnish Lapland, where you can meet Santa Claus and cross the Arctic Circle all year round. Napapiiri is located a half-hours car ride from the town of Rovaniemi. The dominating features of the landscape are the barren hills, open water-logged aapa bogs and the River Raudanjoki with its spectacular rapids and lush shoreline forest. By evening return back to the comfort of your hotel in Rovaniemi. Day 4: Return to Helsinki.
