We offer walking tours on the Fraser Island Great Walk. Fraser Island, on the east coast of Queensland, is World Heritage listed for its beautiful lakes, forests, beaches and sand dunes as well as its unique ecology as the world's largest sand island. Footprints on Fraser offer 4-day and 5-day fully supported camping and accommodated tours of the Great Walk. The Great Walk covers almost 90 kilometers of the island and gives walkers the opportunity to visit some of the island's most beautiful and unique sites such as world-renowned Lake McKenzie, the rain forests of Central Station and Pile Valley and Lake Wabby. Our tours include all camping equipment, meals a guide and a support vehicle as well as transfers to and from the island and all National Park fees.

As a long time visitor and amateur tour guide on the island Bill conceived the idea of multi-day walking tours after the Queensland Environmental Protection Agency completed the 90 kilometre walk in 2004.
