Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Spend a full day viewing elephants in the Addo Elephant National Park. Here we can watch these fascinating animals as they socialize in their family herds at the waterholes and interact with each other in their natural habitat. We partake in an evening/night drive and sleep over in the Addo Park. Day 2: We leave Addo and travel toward Plettenberg Bay and visit Monkey Land and/or Birds of Rapture Park and after a light lunch we join a guided tour through this large forest to view monkeys and/or birds as they frolic/fly around you in the trees. We continue along the Garden Route to the Knysna Elephant Park to another type of elephant experience. We sleep over at the Park in an apartment adjacent to the elephant boma where you are able to watch the elephants from your apartment window during the night. You might even have an elephant awakening you with snoring!! Day 3: We spend this day interacting with the elephants and get really up close for a different experience feeding them and hugging the baby. We spend this morning enjoying the elephant family after which we depart for Port Elizabeth. Notes:
