Day 2: After breakfast in the hotel, Sightseeing tour of Skopje that will start with the Skopje Fortress (Kale), The Church of St. Spas (Grave of Goce Delcev), The Old Turkish Bazaar, The Stone Bridge, the 30 meter high monument of Alexander the Great and than when we arrive at the main Skopje square we will give you free time for shopping at the main city mall. Next, we go to the Memorial House of Mother Teresa and via the main pedestrian walkway called "Makedonia" we go to another mall called "Ramstore Mall" near the Old Train Station (walking distance from Mother Teresa Monumental House to Ramstore Mall 10min for the group). After shopping in that mall we go back to the hotel for free afternoon followed with dinner in the hotel and overnight. Day 3: After breakfast in the hotel, We start the tour with the Canyon of Matka (25km from Skopje on the way to Mavrovo) where we will have a boat ride on the Artificial lake Matka and you will enjoy the beautiful nature). There is also a restaurant by the boats where you can have a refreshment drink and use the toilet. From there we continue to the National Park of Mavrovo and the artificial lake of Mavrovo where we will stop with the vehicle so that you can have lunch and refreshment drinks and use toilet. The restaurants are by the lake so that you can also enjoy the fresh mountainous air and take pictures of the Mavrovo lake. From there we continue driving along the Radika river and the magnificent Canyon of Radika. Than, via the city of Debar we make another stop at a restaurant on the Debar Lake where you can have refreshment drinks and use toilet. From there we continue driving towards the place where the two rivers Radika and Drim come across and form amazing place where you can take pictures of the vivid nature. The driving continues to the village of Vevcani where we will have a chance to see authentic Macedonian houses and opportunity to have a close interaction with the locals. In the village of Vevcani we can also see the famous Vevcani Springs. From there we continue driving to Ohrid where you will have dinner and overnight. Day 4: After breakfast in the hotel, Sightseeing of Ohrid for about 3-4 hours that will include The Roman Amphitheatre, The Church St. Klement - Plaosnik, The King Samoil Fortress and the Church St. John Kaneo where we dont enter. From the St. Kaneo Church the group will either walk to the centre for about 30minutes or can take a boat to the centre for a 15min ride. Visit the St. Sophia Church. From there we continue to the Water Museum - Bay of The Bones and than to St. Nahum where the group will enter the Monastery and have a boat ride on the wells of River Drim. Lunch will be either in St. Nahum or in Ohrid before we go to the Water Museum. Depending of what time we start the tour. Go back to the hotel for dinner and overnight. Day 5: After breakfast, we leave Ohrid and we drive towards the city of Bitola and the Archaeological Site of Heraklea Lynkestis (Birth Place of Olympia who was Filip The Great's wife). From there we will sightsee the city of Bitola and than we continue to Greece. On the way to Thessaloniki we stop at the city of Edessa that is also known as the "Water City". The city is full of parks and waterfalls. We will park our vehicle in front of a cafeteria near the waterfalls where we can use a toilet and have café. Than we start sightseeing the big waterfall and there is one smaller one which is also known as the twin waterfall. All this path is going downhill via stairs. When we reach the bottom and the old Cotton factory (Open to tourists, which is one room where cotton used to be produced). From there we go uphill via an elevator and than we continue driving towards Thessaloniki and the hotel for dinner and overnight. Day 6: After breakfast in the hotel, We start with sightseeing tour of Thessaloniki together with the Greek Guide. We usually do the tour as following: Rotunda Church and Arch Gallerias, The Castle, White Tower, The St. Demetrius Church and free time for shopping. Free afternoon and overnight in Thessaloniki. Dinner in the hotel. Day 7: After breakfast in the hotel, We drive towards Bulgaria and the city of Melnik where we will visit a local winery with lunch and wine sample. Than, we continue driving to the Rila Monastery and finally our last stop, the capital Sofia where we will have dinner and overnight in the hotel.
