Guests will arrive in Struga at 09.45. They will be taken to visit the museum Dr. Nikola Nezlobinski. It will take about 40 min to see the museum. This will be followed by sightseeing in the region, which includes a walk through the narrow streets of Struga, visiting the Bridge of Poetry and with an introduction to the work of Miladinovci brothers. (One of the best red wines of Macedonia got its name from their poetry, Konstantin Miladinov, which means, Sorrow for South.)
The tour will continue with a visit to the cave church and the monastery of the Holy Mother of Kalista, in Kalista village. Guests can buy the famous monastery cheese and grapes brandy (rakija). The next visit will be to the cave church of St Athanasius, in the vicinity of the monastery, followed by a visit to the cave church of St Archangel Michael in the village of Radozda.
The tour will then proceed to Vevcani, to see the Vevchani springs and lunch at the national restaurant. Guests can try the national specialties and homemade wines. Guests will be brought back to the hotel at around 18.00.
