The first workshop teaches you about heart energy and how it unites left brain/right brain thinking with your higher consciousness. It explains how your heart is your spiritual core, and helps you to feel the special energy located there. The second helps you to both access and understand your own heart energy and spiritual core to live a happy and balanced life, and the third helps you develop your intuition so that you can experience constant, conscious connection to your highest good. Taking a Reiki class before the From the Heart workshops, while not mandatory, certainly makes it easier to access your own spiritual guidance. Welcome!
