In this tour you will visit one of the best wine valleys in South America and in the world, the Colchagua Valley, praised by the Wine Enthusiast magazine as “Wine region of the year” in 2005. Our first stop will be the Viu Manent Vineyard. The tour begins in the visitors' center "La LLavería," where we will be welcomed by the official bilingual guide, who invites us to a romantic ride on an old cart pulled by horses, enjoying a panoramic view of the vineyards. Along the ride, we will learn about the growth of the grapevine and of the labors developed during each different season. The next stop is "La Bodega," where you will experience a wine tasting, while learning more about the production processes of fine wines. We will visit the “Colchagua Anthropological Museum”. Under a single roof we will find an eclectic and priceless collection of rare and amazing objects collected privately over the years by one of Chile’s wealthiest entrepreneurs. From cars to mummies, this museum has something for everyone and all presented in impeccable manner. Our last stop is Montes Vineyard, established in 1988 by four partners with years of experience in the art of winemaking and in the wine trade. Their philosophy is to produce premium quality wines on nearly 600 Hectares of vineyards with varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Carmenère, Petit Verdot, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah and Pinot Noir. We will finish this visit with a great wine tasting. Notes: The prices depend on the number of passengers.
