Choosing the full service option saves about 30% compared to our 50' yacht, if you do your own cooking and cleaning - basically doing the first mates job, save up to 45%. Beginning at the Port of Whittier(60 miles south of Anchorage) we'll take you on a scenic wildlife adventure into the heart of Chugach National Forest - Prince William Sound. Tour highlights include visiting a working salmon hatchery, hiking to a hidden waterfall, whale watching, visiting a tidewater glacier up close and personal, viewing sea otters, seals, sea lions, bald eagles and possibly puffins, bear and salmon, rock fish or halibut fishing. Because your party up to 6 will have the boat to yourselves we can customize the trip with your parties interests in mind. Options are available for larger groups using cabins at night. Aboard 40' Fool's Gold we offer the trip "ala carte", or full service. You decide whether you want to do your own cooking or have us cook, do your own baiting of hooks and fish cleaning etc. Bare boat prices are for the boat and Captain, you pay at the end of the trip for fuel actually used, groceries if we provide them, a deck hand,etc. This will all be spelled out in your contract - there are no hidden costs.
