Day 1: You’ll be met at the airport by our guide and transfer to the Hotel Pestana São Tomé. There will be a brief introduction to the History of São Tomé e Príncipe. You will check-in and get refreshed after your short flight. The rest of the day is yours to relax and enjoy our Bar facilities by the pool and beach. At dinner time, you will have a delicious choice of flavors from the traditional São Tomé to the international "feel-at-home" cooking of our chef, at the famous Restaurante Príncipe. If you are still up to it, we offer you a gambling coupon with your first slot machine set of chips at our Casino São Tomé and a free pass to the exquisite Beach Club disco, both in this 5 star hotel complex, the best nightlife in the Country. If necessary, we will provide the service of taking good care of your little ones for you, please just let us know on site. Day 2: After a full buffet Breakfast filled with a wide variety of colors and tastes from Sao Tomé, we’ll head North of the Country to catch some of the best views the archipelago has to offer. The trip lasts about 8 hours and we will drive up to the several Cocoa ROÇAS like Agostinho Neto, Diogo Vaz, Esprainha and have Lunch at Roça Monte Forte, after lunch we will pass through Sao Tome’s third largest city - Neves - to Port Anambo, point of entry for the Portuguese explorers on arrival to the island in 1471. There are 700 different species of Flora (over 100 orchids) and 143 of Fauna (143 species of birds and a wide variety of Marine Turtles), making this vibrant and single ecoregion. We have just enough time to head back to the Pestana São Tomé Hotel to relax, have Dinner and prepare for another wild night. Day 3: After a full buffet Breakfast filled with a wide variety of colors and tastes from S. Tomé, we’ll take a trip up into the mountains at the Center of the Country where the air is fresh and cold. Here we will visit the old plantation of Monte Café to see the old buildings of what was once the biggest and most prosperous coffee plantation of São Tomé. From this plantation some of the highest quality coffee in the world was exported. We will be able to follow the process of treating the coffee and our guide will explain the history of the plantation and its significance. Lunch will be at Roça BomBaim where you will experience tradition first hand or at the renowned Bigodes Restaurant, by the sea. We will then head back to the hotel complex where the Vila Maria Luxury Condominium offers you a mid after-noon Cocktail at the premises, followed by a short walk back to the Pestana São Tomé, to relax by the pool and then to get ready for dinner at our restaurant and yet another night of fun. Day 4: After a full buffet Breakfast, get ready for a 2 hour excursion by Minibus to the South of the Country, destination: Pestana Equador, where we will spend 3 fantastic nights. Amidst a rain forest, traveling a bumpy road surrounded by nature, defying the capability of our eyes to distinguish so many different tones of green, we will reach Agua Ize, blow-hole Boca do Inferno and see the famous Sete Pedras before arriving to Ponta Baleia, just in time to catch a safe 15 minutes boat ride to the Pestana Equador, the only Resort located at the Center of the World where, on land, the Equator’s Line meets the Greenwich Meridian. Enjoy the site while the night comes with cocktails and dinner, followed by lots of music and entertainment. Day 5: After a full buffet Breakfast we will Check-out and transfer you to the Airport, where you will catch your flight home. For your convenience, we have already paid the airport tax for you.
