Day 1: Arrival at Yaoundé.
5:00 pm arrival at the International Nsimalen Airport – welcome by our staff – transfer and installation in the hotel – diner and night.
Day 2: Yaoundé – Ngaoundéré.
After breakfast departure for Yaoundé city tour (monuments – museums – market – places – Ste Anasthasie garden) – Lunch at Ste Anasthasie Garden – At the end of afternoon, transfer to Yaoundé railway station – 6:00 pm departure to Ngaoundéré, transition town between South and North Cameroon – you will appreciate life in the train – diner and night in the train.
Day 3: Ngaoundéré – Boubadjida National Park.
After breakfast departure to Boubadjida National park – on the way short visit of Benoué National park to find hippopotamus – continuation to Boubadjida National park where you can see animals like Elephants, Buffalos, Lions, Giraffes, Cob of Buffon etc. – night in the camp.
Day 4: Boubadjida – Lagdo.
After breakfast departure very early to Lagdo – on the way you can visit the famous Rey-Bouba King’s Palace – arrival at Lagdo in the afternoon – crossing of the Lagdo’s lake by canoe to discover the Damans Island – diner and night.
Day 5: Lagdo – Ngaoundéré – Yaoundé.
After breakfast, drive to Ngaoundéré – lunch in Ngaoundéré then transfer to the railway station for departure to Yaoundé – diner and night in the train.
Day 6: Yaoundé.
Arrival in the morning in Yaoundé. Installation in the hotel – lunch and break – in the afternoon continuation of Yaoundé city tour – diner and night.
Day 7: Yaoundé – Bandjoun – Baham – Bafoussam.
Breakfast and early departure to Bafoussam via Baham and bandjoun – Arrival at the end of the morning period to Baham – visit of the royal museum of Baham and next stop in Bandjoun a neighbour village to visit the Chieftainship museum – continuing the trip and arrival at Bafoussam – Settling in the hotel(2*) - Lunch – Afternoon visit of the palace and the museum of the Sultan Bamoum (listed by the UNESCO in the world heritage site )- Visit of the Arts and traditions museum of Bamoum and the artisanal village - End of the day. Trip back to Bafoussam for the dinner and overnight (Worship God’s house Bafut).
Day 8: Bafoussam – Bamenda.
Breakfast – 07:00 am Departure to Bamenda – Arrival at Bamenda- Settling in the Ayaba hotel – Visit of the Chief Palace of Bafut, one of the oldest of the country – the guide of the visit is one of the King’s wife - Traditional dances performed by the princes and princesses – Lunch and departure to Bamessing – visit of the artisanal pottery – Continuing the trip to Babungo to visit the chief palace “aux trois mille masques” and its museum – Trip back to Bamenda at the end of the day. Dinner and overnight.
Day 9: Bamenda – Dschang – Melong (Bouroukou).
After breakfast departure to Melong through Dschang (climatic Center) – Dschang city tour (visit of municipal lake, traditional market, contact with populations) – Lunch in Dschang and continuation to Melong – stop at the Ekom water falls (picturesque site where Christophe Lambert shoot the film Tarzan) – continuation to bouroukou and installation at villa Luciole Camp – dinner and overnight.
Day 10: Melong – Buea – Limbe.
After Breakfast, departure to Limbe via Buea. On the way, you can admire over along the road large plantations of banana, rubber, coffee, pineapple – and palm trees – stop at Penja to visit flowers plantation. Continuation to Buea, this old German and British city capital of Cameroon, visit of the German’s governors palace and the Bismarck Fountain at the foot of Mt Cameroon – It is possible to see Mt Cameroon if it’s not covered by the clouds. And continuation to Limbe through the tea road. Installation at the hotel. Dinner and overnight.
Day 11: Limbe – Douala.
After breakfast - visit of the botanical and zoological garden and departure to Douala, (economic head quarter of Cameroon) – installation in the hotel and lunch – in the after Douala city tour (port, central market, ONCPB museum, prince Dicka Akwa palace, padole of King Bell) – back to the hotel for dinner and overnight
Day 12: Douala - Kribi.
After the breakfast departure for Kribi through Edea (Cameroon hydraulic centre) – Arrival around 12:00 PM – settling in the hotel – Lunch – Afternoon, dugout canoe ride on the Lobé to the pygmies camp – back to the hotel – Diner/Night.
Day 13: Kribi and surrounding areas.
Breakfast and a ride to the fishermen village of Ebodjié
The site of Ebodjié is about fifty kilometers from Kribi. It has been listed by UNESCO as world heritage site. Turtles lay their eggs along the beaches between the months of November and January. On the way, visit of the Lobé’s Falls that fall directly into the ocean - Visit of the Leloup Rock – Trip back to Kribi for the lunch (some braised local products) at the landing stage of Bouamaga (exotic and charming site) – Afternoon program: lounge on the beaches – Back to the hotel – Dinner and overnight.
Day 14: Kribi – Douala - Overseas.
Breakfast – Around 10:00 am departure to Douala – Stop to the Hotellerie de la Sanaga or Restaurant Amandine in Edéa for the Lunch – Continuing the trip, arrival at Douala – day use in the hotel – last shopping at the handicraft centre – diner and transfert to the Douala International Airport – Departure formalities and take off to Overseas.
