Tour Itinerary: Day 1: Welcome to Ulaanbaatar. Arrive in Ulaanbaatar, the capital city. City tour: Sukhbaatar square. Gandan Monastery. Choijin Lama Temple, Zaisan Memorial Hill. Overnight in the hotel. Day 2: Khustai National Park. Drive to Khustai NP which is located about 100km west of Ulaanbaatar. See the project of Prezwalski horses. There also you can visit the museum and see the short documentary film about Takhi (wild horses) and as well as exploring the way of their life in the nature while visiting to the area. /Bike course – 30km/ Day 3: Elsen Tasarkhai. This day drive to Elsen Tasarkhai which is Gobi type sand dune. ~230 km. After arrival there by bike, we explore the surroundings or enjoy. Overnight in tourist ger camp. B.L.D /Bike course ~56 km/ Day 4: Ugii Lake. Drive to Ugii Lake. After arrival there by bike, we explore the surroundings or enjoy. Overnight in tourist ger camp. B.L.D /Bike course ~31km Day 5: Taikhar Rock. On the way visit to Kharkhorin, Erdenezuu monastery. The Taikhar Stone is located in Ikh Tamir soum of Arkhangai Aimag/province/near the Khoid Tamir River. Taikhar Stone is famous for its unique shape. /Bike course ~51 km/ Day 6: Terkh Tsagaan Lake. Along the rivers and Hanui Chuluut we travel by bike and minivans from the pure Tsagaan Lake at over 2000 m above sea level. We meet and yak herds of horses and enjoy the surrounding landscape of pine and larch. Overnight in tourist camp. B.L.D /Bike course ~65 km/ Day 7: Khorgo Extinct Volcano. The whole day we explore the area around the lake and climb the Khorgo volcano with its huge crater 200 meters in diameter and 100 feet deep. There is also enough time to rest on the picturesque lake, or take an optional horseback ride. B.L.D /Bike course ~15 km/ Day 8: Sangiin Dalai Lake. The lovely and tiny Lake Sangiin Dalai Lake is a remarkable place for its bird life and temple ruins. Overnight in tent. B.L.D /Bike course ~49 km/ Day 9: Uliin Davaa Mountain Pass. Morning drive to Uliin Davaa Mountain passes. Slow long climb to reach Uliin Davaa (2410 metres) with fantastic views of the Khoridol Saridag mountain range. Overnight in tent. B.L.D /Bike course ~55 km/ Day 10: Darkhad Depression. After breakfast drive to Darkhad depression which is situated in northern Mongolia, a glacial lake during pre-historic times, broods as a remote, mystical place that alternates between prairies, forests, its 300 or so lakes and where locals continue to practice their shamanistic traditions. Overnight in tourist camp. B.L.D /Bike course ~50km/ Day 11: Jigleg Mountain Pass. Bike and drive to the Khoridol Saridag Mountains from Rinchenlhumbe to Jiglegiin Davaa pass.Overnight in tent. B.L.D /Bike course ~49 km/ Day 12 - 13: Khuvsgul Lake. Drive to beautiful Khovsgol Lake, a freshwater inland sea. The path may be muddy and difficult in parts, but conditions depend on the weather. Overnights in Ashihai tourist camp. B.L.D /Bike course ~25km/ Day 14: Uran Togoo Volcano. After breakfast drive and bike to beautiful Uran togoo volcano. Overnight here in tourist ger camp. B.L.D /Bike course ~70 km/ Day 15: Amarbayasgalant Monastery. Morning drive to Amarbaysgalant Monastery. The 17th century Buddhist monastery Amarbaysgalant is located in the picturesque area. Overnight in tourist camp. B.L.D /Bike course ~72 km/ Day 16: Mongolian Secret History Camp. After breakfast drive to Mongolian Secret History tourist camp. This camp is situated on the way to UB in picturesque area. After arrival there bike surrounding picturesque area. B.L.D /Bike course ~41 km/ Day 17: Ulaanbaatar. Drive to UB. After arrival in Ulaanbaatar, we will enjoy the National Costume Performance with folk concert by Torgo Salon. In the evening, we will have farewell dinner in the restaurant.
