Tour Itinerary: Day 1: Welcome to our guests until 5 p.m. in the Drina-Tara Rafting Centre, 18 km from Foca. Accommodation in the bungalows, free afternoon and evening. Our rafting centre has nice fields for football and volleyball and a footpath with benches along the river. The whole complex is at the bank, with the terrace of the restaurant above the river. Dinner until 8 p.m., parties by the fire and music on your wish. For dinner you will have an opportunity to try different local specialties made right there from fresh organic ingredients from the area near the canyon of the Tara river! Day 2: Breakfast is until 10 a.m. and it includes local specialties which you cannot try anywhere else! Homemade dried ham, hot doughnuts with cheese cream, and bread made under pastel are just the beginning of our offer. After breakfast the guests choose rafting equipment -safety vests, helmets, neoprene suits (long john), neoprene shoes, paddles. Transport with our jeeps to Brstanovica-the start point of rafting. Before the beginning, our skippers-guides will inform the guests about the techniques of rowing, sitting and behaving in the boat, acting in different situations-a short course of rafting! In the first few hours we pass through the most attractive part of the canyon and the Tara river. We stop at the waterfalls, wild springs, stop for photo shoots and swimming. After 25km of adrenaline and breathtaking nature, we arrive by boats to our rafting centre, under the restaurant terrace above the river. There we have hot showers and we are ready for lunch. It consists of local specialties all over again; for starters hot veal soup, lamb, kid, and veal with delicious vegetables under pastel, salads, homemade pies, hot barley bread and many other specialties, still we will not tell you everything yet. After lunch, free time for relaxing, walking or other types of recreation. Dinner until 9 p.m. After a strong lunch of mountain meat, for dinner we have fresh grilled stream trout, baked potatoes and cheese cream, haste pudding, cheese spinach and meat pie, sour milk etc. During your stay, you can have excellent homemade red vine from the emperor’s vineyards of Trebinje, our wild pear rakija and many other drinks and beer. Day 3: Breakfast around 9.30 a.m. Our guests can choose several different possibilities on how to spend their day. We can repeat rafting from the previous day, we can choose to continue rafting from the rafting center to Foca or we can choose our reccommendation- a jeep safari (around the Sutjeska National Park, Perucica rainforest-the only rain forest in Europe, 80m high Skakavac waterfall and many other things). Our guests can also choose something completely different. After the field trip we have an excellent lunch at the rafting centre and that is the end of our arrangement.
