Day 1: Arrival. About a 5-hour drive from Antsirabe to Miandrivazo in a private car. Overnight in a hotel. Day 2: After the necessary formalities at the Mayor’s office and the police station in Miandrivazo, it is already the beginning of the first day of the boat trip. Admire the beautiful landscape, varieties of birds and, hopefully some chameleons. Day 3: The boat passes along the impressive gorges of Bemaraha and forests on both sides of the river, so tourists are often fortunate enough to spot some species of lemurs. Lunch break takes place at a spectacular waterfall with a natural pool at its base. Day 4: Some bats hanging over the cliffs, more lemurs and perhaps some crocodiles can be the highlights of this last day of the boat trip. Immediately after the farewell to the boat, there will be a transfer to the village of Antsiraraka for an overnight in a hotel under the shade of a huge baobab tree. Day 5: Heading for the Tsingy in a 4x4 vehicle. Day 6: Exploring the small and the big Tsingy. Day 7: The trip down to Morondava in a 4x4 vehicle is marked with a couple of breaks to see the baobabs: sacred baobab, loving baobabs and the famous Avenue of Baobabs at sunset. End of the tour. Note: A five-day tour can also be arranged for you by leaving the ‘Tsingy’ visits out. After the river trip, you can immediately go down to Morondava with the 4x4 vehicle. Notes: Price Includes:
