Day 1: Meet the group at Djerba airport then transfer to Ghadames (around 9 hrs) via Ras Ijder, overnight Hotel or guest house. Day 2: Sightseeing Ghadames city, museum and the old city (city of Barber and Tuareg, jewel of the desert, famous for it's houses with their incredible architecture and decoration), then drive to Tripoli via Gharyan (to see Troglodytes). Overnight in Hotel. Day 3: We have the day at the extraordinary Roman ruins at Leptis Magna (120 km east of Tripoli). They are among the most complete and magnificent of the three towns (Tripoli) of North Africa and the finest Roman ruins outside of Rome itself. Although now a UNESCO World Heritage site, few tourists get to see the wonders of this site in person. Evening back to Tripoli for overnight. Day 4: Checkout and drive to visit Tripoli national museum and Tripoli old city, then drive back to Djerba via Sabratha (site was founded since the beginning of the first millennium BC, by the Phoenicians as trading center later to be absorbed like many other cities by Roman Empire the 2nd century BC), then continue to Djerba via Ras Ijder. The tour starts and ends from Djerba (Tunis) for the clients who would like to visit Libya during their trip to Tunis or who wants to use cheaper charter flight via Djerba. Notes: Price Includes:
