Day 1: Arrival at the hotel. Welcome dinner.
Day 2: After breakfast guided visit to a lemon liqueur (Limoncello) factory with a demonstration of production techniques and visit to the roman villa. Afternoon first cooking lesson from 15.30 to 18.00. Dinner at hotel.
Day 3: After breakfast, transfer to Pompeii for a visit to this very popular archaeological site. Afternoon second cooking lesson. Dinner at the hotel.
Day 4: After breakfast, guided visit to a dairy factory with demonstration of Mozzarella and cheese production. Afternoon third cooking lesson. Dinner at hotel.
Day 5: After breakfast, visit to a local fish monger from 09:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Fourth cooking lesson from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 followed by lunch. Afternoon escorted visit to Ravello including a visit to the Cathedral, the Villa Rufolo and the Villa Cimbrone Gardens. Dinner out at a local restaurant.
Day 6: After breakfast, escorted visit to the paper mill in Amalfi. Sightseeing of the town (Cathedral, Cloisters and Emerald Grotto – weather permitting). Farewell dinner at the hotel.
