This is an easy walk for people interested in bird watching who have a limited time. Spot Bell Birds, Tui, Robins, Fantails, maybe even Kereru or Moreporks. Learn about the native flora and fauna from our knowledgeable guide. Travel time is only approximately 30 minutes from Lake Taupo. We supply full binoculars and packs if required and morning/afternoon tea can be supplied with prior arrangement ($10 per person). Transport to and from accommodation is included. Suitable for all fitness levels. Total tour time is 2.5-3 hours including transport time.

- Price based on 1-4 persons for a 2.5-3 hour round trip
- 30 minutes each way for transport, the remainder of the time is spent in the bush
