A fantastic week combining energizing morning Hatha Yoga with Louise and a relaxed afternoon of vegetarian cookery demonstrations and hands on work with chef and owner of Les Passeroses - Alex Gonnord. The focus of this week is to relax and learn in a friendly informal atmosphere. Your day begins with morning Yoga in the beautiful yoga space - a converted barn with tented ceiling and views across the country. Louise will teach yoga that will wake and energize you, after which you will have a delicious large brunch.
After brunch there will be some free hours where you can relax by the pool, go for a walk around local vines or take one of our bikes to a local village. Early afternoon we will begin demonstration, hands on vegetarian cookery and a trip to a local walnut oil farm. The emphasis will be on handy tips and ideas that you can take to increase your cookery repertoire, but you will also be shown ideas for dinner parties, outdoor dining and Summer food. The cookery will take place on the new covered terrace by the Moroccan salon.
