Body awareness is increased through postural, breathing and movement patterns, while allowing guests to unwind in a relaxed environment with a close connection with nature. The training itself is balanced between technical practices focusing on core strength in a closely supervised environment, using the beach, sea, lakes, sand dunes and hills as a playful training ground. Physical, emotional and mental well being and recovery are also complemented by the very best in healthy nutrition, massage and other specific therapies.
Courses vary in length from 1 week to 5 weeks, with guests taking away a personal training programme to ensure they continue on their Wildfitness journey. Each course has a half a day off for extra activities/recuperation, which includes yoga and massage. As a result people can see a change in posture, ability and body tone.
