Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Depart for Mamre Mission station stopping to view flowers on the way. Depart for Darling to visit Evita’s Peron and enjoy refreshments. Depart for Tienie Versfeldt Reserve to view flowers. Depart for West Coast National Park. Enjoy lunch at Geelbek Camp. Depart for Posberg Reserve to view flower display. Note: We will be stopping at various points to view the flowers. Depart for Paternoster - Guest House – book in on arrival. Dinner at Voorstrand Restaurant.
Day 2: Depart from Guesthouse after breakfast to Morreesburg to visit the Wheat Museum Depart for Clanwilliam and have lunch at a restaurant in town. Drive up the well known Pakhuis Pass stopping along the way at the last resting place of poet Louis Leipoldt and to view San Bushman art. Return to Clanwilliam and book in at Saint du Barry’s Country Lodge.
Day 3: Depart for Niewoudville and Loeriesfontein (The Hantam’s flowers are spectacular during season), after lunch we will return to Van Rhynsdorp where we will stay at a guesthouse.
Day 4: Drive through the Rigtersveld to Lutzville and overnight at Komkans Guestfarm in the Middle of the Hardeveld, here the night sky is so clear that it becomes a Garden of another kind.
Day 5: Drive via Bitterfontein to Namaqua National Park to view its beauty. Tonight we will be staying in Springbok.
Day 6: Depart for Paternoster via Piketberg and stop along the way to view the flower display.
Day 7: Depart for Cape Town to arrive at V&A Waterfront for an afternoon of shopping. Return to Hotel.
