We meet you in Maun on the 18th October. We can arrange a very special inner Delta boat experience before the start of this safari, camping on wilderness islands only accessible by boat.
We drive to Moremi Game reserve, and stay in a remote exclusive site not far from the Khwai River. This will give us good opportunities to explore the entire Khwai area, and we will probably take lunch with us on one of the days so we can range as far as Dombo Hippo Pools.
On the 21st we drive to Savuti, a completely different habitat, for another 3 nights again staying in an exclusive operators site. We will have ample opportunity to cover the whole Savusi area including the dry marsh, and the few Bushmen (San) paintings. On the 24th we will drive up to the Chobe River for a further 3 nights, this includes Full Moon on the 26th October. We will have a 3 hour boat cruise on the Chobe River on the 26th, which will probably be one of the highlights of the whole safari. On the 27th you can transfer to either Livingstone in Zambia, or Victoria falls in Zimbabwe, to see the Falls and fly out from there.
