DAY BY DAY ITINERARY

DAY 1 - The first butterfly in your stomach!

The beginning of your adventure! Meet Szeged or Sun City, a charming Hungarian town that will host a truly sensitive moment for the two of you - you will be given a dyed egg. Make sure it stays unbroken all through the tour; after all, marriage is just as thin as an egg shell and you'll see it's worthy!
Optional: For beautiful memories you can visit the Mora Ferenc National Museum in Szeged or relax in Ana Spa - the Thermal Baths in Szeged!

DAY 2 - First step on Romanian ground. Royal reception!

The road between Szeged and Savarsin is a grandiose show with citadels and medieval castles spread all over the way. In Savarsin you'll be amazed by King's Michael of Romania Castle.
Tip: Spoil yourself with a Royal menu - enjoy his Majesty's favourite dishes: vegetable marrow soup - cream, home made ravioli with cream sauce or roast beef with mashed celery. Chin up and hold hands!
A royal reception for you - welcome cocktail in the grandiose Council room of Corvinestilor Castle, the most impressive medieval castle in Romania.

DAY 3 - Is it true love? Now you'll now!

If you have the courage, put your love to test! A local legend says that the Bridge of Liars in Sibiu would collapse if anyone utters any love lies while crossing it.
Tip: try for lunch the bean soup with red onion of Turda salad, the shepherd's chunk, “papanasi” - a sort of sweet cheese dumpling with cream and jam in a restaurant inside the Village Museum!
Feeling old-fashioned? Take a carriage ride to the romantic Mioritica country-inn.
A lovely evening for your couple - the husband is in the kitchen cooking pies (with a little surprise in them) while the wife is milking the cow- so this is life in the village!

DAY 4 - Life and style of the rich and powerful!

Driving on Transfagarasan is an incredible experience - the road crosses the highest mountains in Romania.
Tip: You can stop for lunch at dictator Ceausescu's chamois hunting chalet “Izvorul Caprei”.
Curtea de Arges Monastery is legendary and has its own sad love story.
An evening full of luxury in Baile Olanesti. Dinner in Ceausescu's Palace - experience his tastes in food. This is the palace where the dictator was supposed to enjoy the New Year's Eve party in 1989 but didn't make it because of the revolution.
Optional: You can stay overnight under military watch in the apartments in the Palace, one of the most luxurious in Romania.

DAY 5 - Royal love story.

It's now time to step into the shoes of a king or queen. On the way to Bran Castle you also get the chance to watch a beautiful love story - Cold Mountain, the movie. Bran Castle is the nest of many love stories. The castle owes its fame both to its unique charm and to the myth created around Dracula. Queen Mary, the niece of Queen Victoria of Great Britain, turned the castle into a beautiful summer residence.
You'll overnight in Zorile Villa, the accommodation place of the famous Nicole Kidman during the production of the movie Cold Mountain.
Optional: You can even choose for your accommodation the apartment in which Nicole Kidman stayed!

DAY 6 - A little prayer for you.

From your lips to God's ears! And The Black Church in Brasov is the best place for prayers.
Peles Castle is one of the best preserved and the most beautiful royal residences in Europe, Ludwig of Bavaria palaces may compare! Tip: If you're in the mood for a fancy lunch and some intimate atmosphere you could try Palace restaurant, the place where the passengers of the luxurious and famous train Orient Express used to take lunch. Dinner with folk show and wine tasting!

Is the day of fortified churches and medieval citadels.
Tip: You can choose to lunch in a special environment - a restaurant in the vault of the Fagaras medieval citadel.
In Medias you'll meet a unique artist, a painter who uses spider web for its works.
The medieval citadel Sighisoara, the most beautiful, best-preserved walled-town still inhabited in Europe is incredibly romantic.
